Role Overview

The selected candidate will provide go-to marketing and communications support for one of our clients’ TDM programs as part of a larger TDM team.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will include leading a team of marketing specialists, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing budgets, and overseeing website content.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a progressively responsible role
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of a variety of marketing and communications channels
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to use self-hosted WordPress
  • Familiarity using automated marketing tools and concepts
  • Familiarity running paid digital ads
  • Experience with content creation
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and dashboards
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Experience with project management software
  • Proficiency in Spanish
