As a Student Assistant in Business Development, you will drive change in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data. You will research markets, industries, and tech trends, develop business cases, and work on go-to-market strategies. You will also support the building and maintenance of opportunity lists and CRM data.

Requirements

• Study: You are studying economics (e.g. business administration, marketing), business psychology, business informatics, PR or communication science, or a related field (bachelor or master).
• Communication & Appearance: You communicate clearly, friendly, and target-oriented, whether in the team, in appointments or with customers.
• Structure & Implementation: You work organized and reliable. You bring things to a close and document so that others can easily follow up.
• Tool-Skills: Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. evaluations, lists, structured overviews). Bonus: first experience with CRM tools.
• KI-Tools: You use KI tools meaningfully in your daily work, e.g. ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Copilot for research, structuring, and text drafts, and Perplexity for source-based research, and handle data protection and confidentiality responsibly.
• Language: Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2) in writing and speaking.
• KI-Mindset & Experimentierfreude: You have genuine curiosity about KI/GenAI and enjoy trying out new tools. You can critically assess results (quality, limits, data protection) and want to learn how to use KI sensibly in your daily work.
• Personality: You are proactive, ask questions, and enjoy learning new topics.
