Role Overview
This is a high-leverage role reporting to our Head of Strategic Finance, with direct exposure to our CFO/COO, CRO, and CMO. You’ll be the finance partner the GTM org leans on for the decisions that matter: where to invest the next dollar, what’s working in our revenue engine, and what isn’t. You’ll be in the room shaping the strategy and translating business complexity into decisions executives can act on.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead finance partner to GTM leadership (CRO, CMO, and their staffs), driving the planning, forecasting, and analytical work that shapes how we invest in growth. Build the analytical frameworks for the highest-stakes GTM investment decisions, leading the analysis that decodes our revenue engine: sales productivity, pipeline conversion, CAC and payback, retention and expansion economics, marketing efficiency, and segment-level unit economics.

Requirements
- 7+ years across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with meaningful time spent partnering with or analyzing GTM organizations
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline coverage, sales capacity and productivity
- An AI-first builder mentality
- Strong executive communication
- A self-starter operating style for ambiguous, cross-functional work
