Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to build the foundation for our sales pipeline. You will identify potential customers, initiate contact, and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales process.
What You Will Do
Identify and research potential leads, conduct outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain lead records, and work with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Highly motivated and resilient
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft & Outreach)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques
Benefits
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $44,000 USD- $79,000 USD (includes base salary plus commission)
