Business Development Manager, Northern Region

The Business Development Manager, Northern Region, will facilitate the onboarding process for new agency partners, provide guidance and support to drive activation, sales performance and growth, and monitor agency performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree qualification
• 5 to 8 years in agency development or agency support within the life insurance industry
• Proven track record in activating new agency partners and driving agency productivity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for people development and team engagement
• Ability to manage relationships tactfully and professionally
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
