Engineering Manager, Revenue Growth

Role Overview

The Revenue Growth team is focused on accelerating GameChanger’s revenue by improving conversion, retention, and subscriber lifetime value. The team works at the intersection of product, data, and experimentation, running tests, studying user behavior, and finding ways to move those metrics meaningfully. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers that runs experiments across all product surface areas using data and user insight to identify opportunities and validate what works.

What You Will Do

Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, and opportunities that stretch their skills and build toward their goals. Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers as a strategic thought partner. Champion a culture of experimentation, helping your team instrument features correctly, design reliable tests, maintain engineering rigor, and iterate quickly to generate insights and learn from both successes and failures.

3+ years leading engineering teams and 5+ years of software development experience, including architectural design and technical direction, with a track record of growing engineering talent. Technically fluent across platforms including native iOS or Android development, web and backend. Highly organized, strategic and execution-minded, with a strong ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, aligned priorities, and shippable increments.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Architectural design and technical direction experience
