Role Overview

Join a team that shows up for each other as much as we show up for our clients. As the Director of Business Development, you will lead the overall strategy for our Healthcare client relations, identification of new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong partnerships with existing and new clients, and expanding the organization’s market reach. This position will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and helping develop the team of Business Development Managers to reach activity and census goals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include building relationships with counties, hospitals, criminal justice, court systems, other treatment providers, and facilitating speaking engagements, collaboration with program directors to help meet their census goals, maintenance of files/database/CRM system, and attending conferences and community events that lead to referral development.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the chief Growth Officer and other client-facing departments to ensure client retention and service levels are strong.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the sales, marketing, social or health sciences; or equivalent education and training in behavioral sciences
  • Two (2) years experience in public relations; outside sales, marketing or customer relations
