Role Overview
As a Finance Analyst, you will drive cost efficiency across the P&L, expand profitability, and support key investments through business cases and capital allocation prioritization. You will partner with central operations and regional teams to establish standard processes and analysis to optimize cost structures and drive efficiencies in FPC accounts.
What You Will Do
You will support annual LTS and budget cycles, collaborate with the VCP team, partner with the Service Delivery team, own the full FP&A cycle, and be a member of the USCAN Fleet committee.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of financial or business experience
- FP&A or P&L cost management background
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and Power BI tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
