Role Overview

As a Product Manager, Growth at General Medicine, you’ll help scale a healthcare store that makes it delightfully simple for people to take care of their health. You’ll build the systems that connect our platform to payers, employer partners, and healthcare networks.

What You Will Do

Own enterprise-facing product initiatives end-to-end, define and maintain a clear enterprise product roadmap, design and prioritize complex integrations with payers and other external partners, and drive structured decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or integration-heavy environments
  • Experience owning technically complex product surfaces or infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with multi-source data and operational systems
  • Ability to define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritize under constraint
  • Technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system design with engineers
  • Track record of operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Clear, structured communicator who can align engineering, leadership, and external partners
