The Finance Systems Manager will lead the design, ownership, and optimization of our Pigment environment, serving as the architect of scalable financial models and integrated data flows. This role bridges finance and technology—building dynamic models for headcount, revenue, OpEx, and cash flow, while ensuring seamless connections with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Data and Systems, Finance Systems or a similar role
- At least 2 years of hands-on model building in planning tools (Pigment is strongly preferred, but Anaplan, Adaptive or similar tools are also acceptable)
- Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment is a plus
- Experience with SQL, developing stand-alone applications or using AI tools is also a plus
