Genpact is hiring a Vice President, Sales Director to grow the business by pursuing new clients and managing the pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.

Requirements

  • Deal Origination: Responsible for growing our business with new clients across various industries.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/ Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.
