Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Private Sector Partnerships provides high-level coordination and strategic support for the organization’s relationships with private sector funders, including U.S. and European corporations, and individual philanthropists on both sides of the Atlantic. Based in Brussels, this role supports fundraising operations, external engagement, and internal coordination, ensuring partnerships are well managed and aligned with organizational priorities.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the full life cycle of private sector partnerships, support corporate relationships and individual philanthropic funders, maintain tracking of deadlines and requirements, serve as a coordination point between teams, and prepare briefings and research for funder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have four years of relevant experience in private sector fundraising, familiarity with European and/or US corporate and individual philanthropy, strong project management and writing skills, and an interest in transatlantic and international affairs.

Requirements

  • Four years of relevant experience in private sector fundraising within a think tank or similar nonprofit organization
  • Familiarity with European and/or US corporate and individual philanthropy
  • Strong project management and writing skills
  • Interest in transatlantic and international affairs
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages desirable but not required
  • Bachelor’s or higher educational degree
