Data Analyst III – Consulting

Role Overview

The Data Analyst III – Consulting provides analytical support for healthcare supply chain consulting engagements, including customer onboarding, business process optimization, and solution adoption initiatives. This role collaborates with consulting and cross-functional teams to analyze customer and transactional data, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Analyze and reconcile customer account data across systems, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards measuring customer onboarding, transaction acceptance, adoption, utilization, and exceptions. Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables for multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and identifying actionable insights
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
