The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst II plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization through sales operations, analytics, compensation administration, CRM management, and technology enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, financial planning, or related commercial operations functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and commercial sales technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
