The Global Product Lead, Go-to-Market Innovation role is responsible for leading the direction of the core GTM technical infrastructure, including identifying key metrics, developing new product features, and prioritizing solutions to influence product development and launch. The role requires a deep understanding of the GCS user, workflows, sales and marketing processes, and strategic initiatives of the business. The position is part of the Sales Analytics Solutions (SAS) organization in Global Customer Solutions (GCS) and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and north star GTM success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in product management
- Experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working with system design and product design
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field
- Experience with management consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
