Role Overview
The Strategic Missions and Partnerships (SMP) team drive Google Cloud growth through the systematic identification and execution of non-standard growth opportunities. In this role, you will be a business strategist and a problem solver who can identify trends and engage with the Energy industry to solve sector problems with Google technology.
What You Will Do
Define and execute a 5-10 year industry transformation goal for top Energy brands, drive ‘first-of-a-kind’ Google Cloud adoption, and serve as the executive lead for high-stakes Energy accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or any analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing technical, engineering, or consulting role
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a ‘greenfield’ environment
- 5 years of experience working with C-level executives (e.g., Board, CEO, or CFO)
- Experience working within the global energy sector industry
