Role Overview
As a Senior Insights Manager, you will drive the research and analysis necessary to shape high-impact marketing strategies and business decisions. You are a strategic problem-solver who transforms complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align stakeholders and anticipate future business needs.
What You Will Do
Deliver research roadmap and insights narratives that weave data from various sources to steer strategic marketing decisions across YouTube’s supported products. Identify and lead new AI research capabilities in support of the product area research roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience designing, scoping, and executing multi-country quantitative and qualitative research and analysis projects
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies
- Experience using AI tools/features to drive research efficiencies without sacrificing data integrity/quality
- Experience presenting data-driven narratives and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Experience with independently executing complex quantitative research projects, specifically Discrete Choice Modeling (DCM), Conjoints, and MaxDiff
- Experience coaching and elevating a research team on methodology selection, survey design, data analysis, and storytelling
