The Research Partnerships team acts as the strategic bridge between Google’s AI research and the world’s leading innovators. The Strategic Partnerships Development Manager will build and maintain relationships with high-stakes partners, drive end-to-end partner experience, and contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years work experience in a partner-facing role at a technology company, start-up, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Experience in agreement negotiation, partner management or product management in an Internet or technology environment
  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners
