Role Overview

As Sales Director, Business Development, you will lead and inspire a high-performing wireless sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and unit targets. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a sales team focused on wireless new business acquisition.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, lead a team of wireless sales representatives, monitor sales performance metrics, and collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the telecommunications or technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for success and achievement
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
