Role Overview
As Sales Director, Business Development, you will lead and inspire a high-performing wireless sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and unit targets. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a sales team focused on wireless new business acquisition.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of the wireless sales team, lead a team of wireless sales representatives, monitor sales performance metrics, and collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the telecommunications or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for success and achievement
