Marketing Director for GSK’s gynecologic oncology portfolio in Germany, leading marketing strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, value clear decision-making, teamwork, and patient-centered mindset.

Requirements

  • Foster strong partnerships with global and regional teams
  • Identify, analyze, and translate brand, customer and market insights
  • Leadership for the development of x-functional annual brand and operational plans
  • Leading a team of multiple Brand Managers
  • Responsibility for team leadership including individual development and talent management
  • Close collaboration with regional sales leaders
  • Insight generation on perception, effectiveness, market opportunities
  • Forecasting including supply and required A&P/resources
  • Planning of turnover, sales, and resources as well as monthly controlling
