Role Overview

The Project Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for planning, tracking, and facilitating the end-to-end production of marketing deliverables across monthly promotions, events, and product campaigns. This role owns projects from kickoff to delivery, serving as the central point of communication, the keeper of timelines, and the first line of defense against errors, delays, and missed dependencies.

What You Will Do

Review project briefs, assess scope and requirements, and build detailed project schedules. Own project tracking end-to-end, manage the proofing process, and serve as the source of truth for all project information. Lead and participate in weekly status meetings and partner with leadership to flag complications and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management
  • Familiarity with project management and proofing tools such as Quickbase, JIRA, or Ziflow
  • Working knowledge of marketing tactics across print, digital, email, social, and paid media
