Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager focused on new restaurant openings, you’ll lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for every new opening (30 to 40 each year!). This role may require weekend and evening availability around restaurant openings and activations.

What You Will Do

Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for new restaurant openings, develop 120-day plans marketing strategies for each NRO, and report on all opening activity to capture learnings and improve future NRO executions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated local area marketing experience, with a focus on events, activations, or restaurant/venue/store opening marketing
  • Proven experience delivering local area marketing campaigns in a QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Experience in experiential marketing, event management, or community activation
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent restaurant openings and activations
  • Holistic marketing mindset encompassing digital, social, local media, and experiential channels
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate
