Role Overview

The Growth Analytics Manager is responsible for turning platform and market data into decisions for Haleon India’s e-commerce business. The role owns the business intelligence layer for DCommerce, defining what to measure, ensuring data trust, and telling the business what to do next.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, building city-level and market share intelligence, running performance reviews, and delivering deep dives to inform business decisions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, e-commerce analytics, or a related field, with strong Power BI skills and a sound understanding of Indian e-commerce and quick commerce.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in business analysis, e-commerce analytics, category management or BI, ideally in FMCG or consumer health
  • Strong Power BI (or Tableau) skills: you have built dashboards end to end, including data modelling and DAX or equivalent, not just consumed them
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex modelling) and working SQL; Python is a plus
  • Sound understanding of Indian e-commerce and quick commerce: how offtake, share, availability and pricing behave across platforms
  • A structured storytelling habit: you move from what happened, to why, to what we should do, and you can defend the number in the room
  • Comfortable questioning data: you spot anomalies and push back on numbers that do not reconcile
