Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics with relevant specialization
- 5 years of experience in a comparable position
- At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
- Experience in the FMCG industry (especially in the beverage industry, especially beer, wine, and spirits) is preferred
- Enthusiasm for brand management and creativity
- Comprehensive understanding of consumer insights, audiences, and media touchpoints
- (Agile) Project management skills
- High enthusiasm, assertiveness, and will to shape
- Flexible, open personality with high goal and result orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Consumer- and customer-centric thinking and action with high problem-solving orientation
- Fluent German and English language skills
- International experience is explicitly welcome
