Role Overview

Join the Global Communications Capabilities team to drive projects that enhance our communications capabilities, working closely with stakeholders across the business. The team owns and manages the capabilities that send over 2 billion communications each year to our customers.

What You Will Do

Drive and support projects and strategies that enhance our Communications Capabilities, define and build a reporting and analytics solution, and use data and analytics to identify new ideas and enhancements.
