Role Overview
This role sits within the Strategic Partnerships Center of Excellence team, focused on defining strategy and leading negotiations with largest Blue Box partners globally. The manager will report to the Director, Strategic Partnerships and work closely with the VP & GM to drive win/win growth within the Hilton and Walmart relationships.
What You Will Do
Manage partnerships, develop deep understanding of partner’s business model, identify new revenue driving opportunities, support growth opportunities from conception to execution, build relationships with stakeholders, and partner across the Blue Box to lead business case development.

Requirements
- Experience working with partners to identify win/win opportunities and drive growth
- Strategic thinking skills to analyze and develop solutions for complex issues
- Experience in digital/mobile initiatives and marketing capabilities
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast paced and ambiguous space
- Industry experience in lodging and airline
