Role Overview

The Manager/Senior Manager of Analytics & Insights in Industry Development will support Industry Development’s analytical needs, evaluating data sources, developing analytical tools, and designing Tableau dashboards. The role requires strong partnership across the MS – U.S. team and HexDigital.

What You Will Do

Evaluate data sources, develop analytical tools, design Tableau dashboards, propose insights, and translate market insights into clear implications for MS – U.S. merchants and partners.

Requirements

  • Background in consulting, data analysis, statistics or related field
  • Expertise in quantitative data analysis methods and data mining
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate trends and analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a true member of a team both within and outside MS – U.S.
  • Flexibility to pivot strategy and process according to business needs
  • Strong executive presence and collaborative/interpersonal skills
