Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and results analysis activities for the Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Services Group (GSG). The role will be part of the Decision Support Center of Excellence (DSCOE) team and will have responsibility for the consolidated view of GSG and cross-GSG projects.

What You Will Do

Support planning processes, create reporting, provide ad hoc analysis, drive improvements, and proactively monitor changes to the internal and external environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance
  • Finance or Accounting degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret financial information to derive business insights
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, TM1, and Oracle
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong customer focus
  • Team player with strong ability to build and leverage relationships to achieve results
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones across international markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Employment eligibility to work with HexDigital in the U.S.
