Role Overview
The Vice President, Business Development serves as the organization’s senior leader responsible for institutional revenue growth, funding diversification, and long-term financial sustainability. The role develops and executes strategies that increase institutional funding from foundations, corporations, governments, bilateral agencies, and multilateral donors while strengthening HIAS’ competitive position in a rapidly evolving funding landscape.
What You Will Do
Achieve annual institutional fundraising goals through a balanced portfolio of existing and new funding sources, increase funding from foundations, corporations, and other strategically prioritized institutional donors, and strengthen long-term donor relationships.

Benefits
- Salary range: $165,000 – $180,000
