Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the relaunch and positioning of a major business holding’s activewear brand. The successful candidate will develop the annual marketing strategy, build the brand’s positioning and value proposition, and drive B2C growth.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing integrated 360° communication campaigns, coordinating relationships with influencers and PR agencies, and designing activations and events. They will also supervise the performance marketing strategy and coordinate digital campaigns.

Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing

- Proven track record in premium-accessible segment brands
- Experience in brand launches or development of new categories from an early stage
- Proven experience in 360° campaigns
- Experience in e-commerce and performance marketing
- Experience leading teams in growth or construction contexts
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Advertising, or related fields
