Vention is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide first-class customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a technical thinker with excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, fluent in English and French, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, the Customer Experience Specialist will work alongside driven and talented individuals who care deeply about their craft and the impact they create.
Requirements
- Become an expert on Vention’s platform and help customers navigate the ecosystem
- Support customers along the entire sales cycle and streamline their customer experience
- Support live-chat and phone calls and ensure proper routing in the organization
- Process order changes, return authorizations, track shipment, and solve problems
- Engage with customers proactively via other means (surveys, calls etc.)
- Partake in weekly case meetings, helping identify opportunities to improve customer service and customer experience
