Social Media Manager – Growth Focused

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, growth, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Ability to create engaging content with strong hooks, storytelling, and conversion focus
• Experience with content planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of paid media, ad creatives, and marketing funnels
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure performance
• Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, editors, and marketing teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

• Good communication and organizational skills
