Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

Join our team as an Inside Sales Associate at Hanes Supply, Inc. and be responsible for satisfying walk-in customers, product needs, and assisting with questions in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a comprehensive and diverse product line, including rigging, fall protection, power tools, fasteners, hand tools, construction, and safety equipment.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include computing charges for merchandise or services, receiving payments, recommending and providing advice on products and services, receiving, storing, and issuing sales floor merchandise, and preparing merchandise for display or purchase.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be successful in this role, you must be able to actively listen to customers, have basic math skills, and be able to convey information effectively. Previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of sales and inventory systems are highly desired.

Requirements

• High School or equivalency diploma
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in customer service or a sales environment
• Basic math skills
