Become a Senior Product Marketer for Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and develop product marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for seniors. Reporting to the Principal of Product & Segment Marketing, the Senior Product Marketer plays a key role in developing business-moving campaigns and go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, government-sponsored health plans, or healthcare marketing within a regulated environment.
- Prior experience developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive results through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience with consumer insights and segmentation, including experience commissioning or leveraging research to evolve marketing strategy and grow market share.
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Distribution, Compliance, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver aligned and effective marketing programs.
