Role Overview
Hunter Douglas is searching for a detail-oriented and collaborative Master Data Analyst to help strengthen the integrity and reliability of their enterprise master data. The role requires partnering across Supply Chain, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure high-quality master data fuels efficient operations, accurate reporting, and successful product launches.
What You Will Do
The Master Data Analyst will create, modify, and maintain SAP master data, ensure all master data follows established governance rules, standards, and naming conventions, and support new product introductions by coordinating data requirements and ensuring readiness for launches.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data/Information Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Master Data, Data Governance, or Data Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Understanding of core Supply Chain or Operations processes
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Annual base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000
- Bonus target range: 10% – 20%
