Data Operations Analyst / CRM Business Analyst – Associate

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst / CRM Business Analyst – Associate focused on CRM data integration, mapping, and governance, with responsibility for helping scale the organization’s use of CRM.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Operations role
• Hands-on experience working with CRM data, with Salesforce strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data modeling, and system integrations
• Strong Excel skills required, including working with complex datasets
• Ability to clearly communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
