Digital Health Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Digital Health Enablement Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for enabling Digital Health data capture systems supporting clinical trial activities. You will manage day-to-day project and programme management activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading projects and/or workstreams, analyzing and documenting complex client business requirements, and evaluating and expanding features and functionalities of existing DH supportive systems/tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education/relevant experience required
• At least 2-3 years of operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required
• Experience working for/with DH capability suppliers is preferred
• Experience in developing use cases, user interface specifications and user requirement specification documents
• Experience with self service providers, digital platforms and technologies
