Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Analytical capacity to interpret metrics and transform data into optimization actions.
• Ability in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL (basic) for data analysis and construction of dynamic reports and tables.
• Hands-on profile, results-oriented, with a focus on ROI and rapid experimentation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with prioritization 80/20 and focus on impactful deliveries.
• Good communication to present results and align diverse stakeholders.
• Organization and management of multiple priorities, maintaining quality in deliveries.
• Experience in planning and executing A/B tests.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to identify optimization and innovation opportunities in campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments.
• Ease to work in a team and collaborate with different areas.
