Role Overview
The Senior Deal Desk Specialist is a business partner and trusted advisor to the Sales organization, ensuring that all needs within the Quote to Close process are achieved with the best efficiency and speed possible. They are responsible for managing, prioritizing, and proactively tracking assigned business opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing interpretation and analysis of existing customer contractual documents.
What You Will Do
Manage and prioritize assigned business opportunities, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, assist and advise Sales with product configurations and pricing proposals, draft and administer documentation necessary for sales transactions, and act as first line support to the sales team on revenue recognition or contractual matters.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Deal Desk environment
- Proven ability in a Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Deal Desk environment
- Expertise in software licensing and contracting, including perpetual, subscription, hosting services, and SaaS models
- Experience with ERP software portfolio and solutions, IFS products, or related ERP software vendors
- Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile mindset with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with both internal and external customers
- Ability to act with tact and discretion and a sense of humor
- Ability to handle confidential information
- University or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferable
