Role Overview
The Senior Designer will own the design development of commercial partnership proposals, RFPs, sales presentations, category decks, case studies, post-event reports, templates, and other partnership marketing materials. They will translate complex commercial strategies into clear, persuasive visual narratives with strong hierarchy and editorial quality.
What You Will Do
The Senior Designer will develop creative routes, cover options, visual territories, page layouts, and design systems that give each proposal a distinctive point of view while remaining practical to deliver. They will work through the full Marketing Solutions process, interpret the brief, support content development, lead creative development, review and refine drafts, and deliver final editable and presentation-ready files.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be a designer first, creatively ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated by making complex ideas simple, compelling, and memorable. They will have exceptional craft and a sharp eye for detail, but never lose sight of the audience, the brief, or the commercial objective.
