Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team to support our Research & Development and Go-To-Market functions. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and the broader Finance team on planning, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis to help inform resource allocation and business decisions.

What You Will Do

Support annual planning and monthly forecasting cycles across the Engineering organization, managing +$100M annual operating expense budget. Partner with Engineering leaders as a finance advisor, supporting financial data needs, resource allocation and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, or other data tools is a plus
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis, modeling, and documentation
• Exposure to ERP systems and planning tools
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance partners
