Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of longtail customers. The primary focus of the role is on customer renewal, retention, and upselling, minimising attrition, growing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also needs to manage and enhance relationships with local agencies, who are important stakeholders of our business.
What You Will Do
Renewal and Retention: Proactively engage with customers and local agencies to ensure timely renewals of subscriptions and packages. Identify and address potential churn risks by resolving customer concerns and providing tailored solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional subscriptions and packages. Present tailored recommendations to customers based on their purchasing history and business needs. Collaborate with Marketing team to leverage promotional campaigns. Sales Performance: Achieve annual sales targets for renewals, retention, and upselling. Track and report sales performance metrics, including renewal rates, upsell revenue, and customer retention rates. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge to maximize effectiveness. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to maintain relationships with customers and local agencies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product guidance. Act as a trusted advisor to customers and agencies, ensuring they derive maximum value from their purchases.

Previous success in a sales or sales support role, with a track record of managing high-pressure sales environments and meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Strong ability to identify customer needs and present compelling solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. Skilled in negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. The ability to analyze and synthesize complex or diverse information; proven experience collecting and researching data, and identify trends and opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
