Role Overview
Drive new account development and revenue growth across multiple industry verticals, including Life Sciences, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail, Logistics, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, building customer maps, and driving proposal development and contract negotiations.
What You Will Do
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across industries, build and manage strong pipeline, own end-to-end sales lifecycle, develop customer maps and executive relationships, lead proposal creation and pricing strategy, and drive Go-To-Market strategies across target industries.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years in IT services / consulting / business development
- Proven hunter track record (new business acquisition)
- Experience across multiple industries (any combination): Life Sciences | Telecom | Hi-Tech | Retail | Logistics | Financial Services | Manufacturing | Energy | Utilities
- Strong CXO engagement and deal closure capabilities
- Experience in proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Understanding of: Global Delivery Model | AI / Digital / Cloud / Modernization / Platform-led services
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
