Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive new account development and revenue growth across multiple industry verticals, including Life Sciences, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail, Logistics, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities. The role involves a blend of business development, CXO-level client engagement, strategic planning, and deal execution.

What You Will Do

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, build customer maps, drive proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations, and expand Infosys footprint through strategic GTM execution and alliance collaboration.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years in IT services / consulting / business development
• Proven hunter track record (new business acquisition)
• Experience across multiple industries (any combination): Life Sciences | Telecom | Hi-Tech | Retail | Logistics | Financial Services | Manufacturing | Energy | Utilities
• Strong CXO engagement and deal closure capabilities
• Experience in proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Understanding of: Global Delivery Model, AI / Digital / Cloud / Modernization / Platform-led services
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
