Role Overview

The Senior Director of New Business Sales will manage and expand Infosys BPM’s footprint across new client accounts in the Financial Services domain. This role involves utilizing existing contacts to open doors and cross-selling BPM services to Infosys Limited clients and new clients for Infosys group. The Senior Director will be responsible for opening new accounts for Infosys BPM and running large TCV deals.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director will manage a project portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle, collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure client commitments are met, and run and manage large TCV deals. They will also work with internal teams to build solutions for clients and create a sales strategy with a list of must-have accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Significant new business development and similar large deal experience
  • Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO-level client contact
  • Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client’s bid process
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for support
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience
  • Should have experience in running large deals TCV >25Mn
  • Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domain
  • Knowledge of Financial services Industry with deep domain expertise in any of the following sb verticals
  • Cards and Payments
  • Banks
  • Capital Markets, Market Data and Crypto
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space
  • Global Delivery Model experience
