Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

ING Australia is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own and drive our performance marketing program. This role is responsible for delivering data-led acquisition strategies that directly contribute to business growth. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team where innovation, experimentation, and continuous optimisation are at the heart of everything we do.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with deep channel expertise. You’ll take ownership across the full campaign lifecycle, work closely with digital specialists, product marketers, and external partners, and bring a strong point of view and a test-and-learn mindset to constantly improve performance.

Requirements

  • Exceptional hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform tools and Meta advertising
  • 3–4 years’ experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to run test-and-learn programs and optimise based on insights
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g. Adobe) and industry best practice

Benefits

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
