Product Lead – Sales Enablement

At ING, we’re building the most-loved mobile-led bank in Australia and we’re looking for a Product Lead – Digital Sales Enablement to shape and deliver the digital experiences that power customer growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading digital product delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experience design, and web/app ecosystems
  • Experience partnering with marketing teams, with a clear focus on product and platforms rather than campaign execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, prioritisation and problem-solving capability
