Field Marketing Senior Specialist

Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Senior Specialist, you will partner with various stakeholders across the business to guide and execute marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing pipeline. You will be responsible for continually improving visibility and communication of marketing tactics and resources to sales, understanding key sales objectives and challenges, and developing marketing strategies to support them.

You will develop and implement field marketing plans that align with and harmonize sales and marketing objectives, advocate for sales priorities in the marketing space, and review data and results to adjust tactics as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing or related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and programs
• Strong understanding of sales objectives and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
