Requirements
- Manage/coordinate all aspects of customer’s initial order
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain thorough understanding of products offered by Insulet Australia
- Answer phone inquiries and resolve customer service issues
- Document interactions and maintain compliance to regulating bodies
- Maintain satisfactory call and order counts
- Collaborate with other departments for proactive customer support
