The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing order payment processing, and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Manage/coordinate all aspects of customer’s initial order
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain thorough understanding of products offered by Insulet Australia
• Answer phone inquiries and resolve customer service issues
• Document interactions and maintain compliance to regulating bodies
• Maintain satisfactory call and order counts
• Collaborate with other departments for proactive customer support
