Marketing Lead

Intuitive AI is a fast-growing technology company that is revolutionizing the waste management industry using Oscar. Intuitive’s Oscar technology is empowering some of the most beloved brands across 5 continents.

This is an opportunity to be the first marketing/demand generation leader at within Intuitive AI. We are looking for a highlight talented and passionate marketing, growth, and demand generation professional with execution experience.

This role will shape the direction and growth of our company and significantly help propel Intuitive’s vision of empowering a zero waste world.

As the Marketing Lead at Intuitive AI, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• Identifying target markets and defining our positioning and messaging
• End to End Event Management: Overseeing all marketing activities including content marketing, digital marketing, events, and PR
• Content creation: Ability to create impactful marketing collateral
• Analyzing marketing metrics and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
• Ideating, Developing, and Executing on Demand and Lead Gen Opportunities
• Collaborating with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, SEO optimization)
• Experience with budget management and financial planning
• Commitment to work flexible hours and travel as required
• Past startup experience
